No deca wont do anything for pain. I have bulging discs l4/5 along with with disc degeneration and nerve impingement. The only thing that made mine better is core work, stretches and physio but i still get flare ups if i do something stupid. Not sure if that will help u cos ur disc are near your neck? How did it happen anyway?

The original injury was a car accident ...I never felt anything that hurt I just woke up one day and it was hurting like a bitch and never stopped .. I had been going hard at it though for awhile

I don't think any AAS will help. Possibly some HG would help. But I've watched some podcasts on disc issues. There's a treatment called Regenakine. They take plasma out of your blood and inject it back into affected areas. It's been talked about to be the most affective treatment. Idk where treatment facilities are. Or how much it costs. But I'm sure uncle Google can answer those questions for you.

Thats prp, platelet rich plasma. Good to reduce inflammation, same way as cortisone etc just a different mechanism of anti inflammation..

Thing is with this stuff it doesn't do much in terms if healing. Initially with the inflammation down your body will heal anything it can. But stuff like discs and degeneration and impingement isnt going to be cured with steroids or any other injectable or medication. Id recommend physio, get to know what you need to do to manage with your problems, have a treatment plan and maintenance plan. You have the issues now its about managing it, slowing it down and reducing flare ups. Then once you know what you can and cant do.. go get an injection, cortisone or prp ot any of whatever the dr says and that basically will keep the pain away untill you need it again. Key thing is at this stage it is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT to maintain rehab and maintenance exercises and physio or whatever you need aftet this injection. Don't slack off. And also just because there is no pain doesn't mean you can go and do the shit you couldn't do when there was pain. Im talking movements etc here. Why? Because it will just cause damage and make your condition worse and the worst part about it is that you won't feel it or know it untill the injection wears off in a couple of months and the pain has just gotten 10x worse and the scans look 10 x worse too. Thats why i don't recommend injections straight away. Live with ibuprofen for now until you have it under control.

That said youll have to assess your individual situation to ensure your doing whats best

Goodluck bro, ive currently got an impingement now and im basically paralysed lol
