Pain in hip pelvic area during deadlift

Recently this year I started experiencing an odd pain in my hip/joint area of my upper leg near the back,I can feel it somewhat doing squats but worse during deadlifts. Last year I never felt this but now I'm feeling it bad. I have tried numerous stretches in any and all angles but nothing seems to get this area. I can normally work through it but lately it's so bad it's affecting my deads to the point I don't want to train them and it sucks. Thanks guys.

Could be a Hip Flexor strain. If its hurting that bad take a rest for a couple days and limit your squating and dead lifts for a week or so. You dont want to further strain that than what it is. If it continues,go to the doc bro.
