      Shoulder Surgery

i had a big op on my shoulder last feb. bone graft tendons moved etc etc

now shoulder is healing fine but its more my own paranoia kicking in stopping me doing anything with it incase it dislocates again. now there is a soft spot between my spine and shoulder blade wich doesnt feel as if its part of the shoulder but sore to touch/massage the physio says its part of the rotar cuff but im not sure. does anybody have any advise on ways to to strengthen it stretches maybe just to get that muscle firing again

as much as i think i might get laughed at i was thinking one of them electrical devices just to stimulate the muscle a bit
