For me it was just being able to have my wrists turn in a bit mid lift as opposed to using the bar where your wrists are in a fixed position. Maybe you've tried this, not sure, or maybe it doesn't apply to your situation but in my case it was a total game changer. Good luck.

Guess I'm gonna start doing lots of cardio and other body parts until everything is rolling. Gonna have to get an electromyogram. Hate that .. Especially when they put those pi s in between my fingers and neck and back of head. Zap zap ..smh

Boom thanks for all the support . ill be here , dont anyone worry bout that. I'm honestly looking forward to dealing with these ortho surgeons and Dr from the ravens and Orioles. I wanna see the type of progression and how much better I will really be. I just want to get it done and over asap. Then its all up hill.
