      Shoulder, and Distal Bicep rupture.

So within the last 7 years I have had a Distal Bicep rupture in my right elbow, and not long after that I had a Type 3 slap tear. Essentially every tendon in the shoulder had to be repaired (which took 3 surgeries, 1st was to repair, second because 1st didn't hold, 3rd a screw pulled from a bone). My question is, has anyone had this kind of work on any one extremity? What was your prognosis? I still feel pain and plan on finally getting back to the gym since being prescribed TRT. Just don't want to re-tear anything. I am sure the pain is just more or less stiffness, and lack of motion but wanted to get some feedback.
