I used to do somewhat of a sumo stance when I do deads. Here in the last month or 2, I've widened my stance an little more with the toes out, like you're suppose to. Well now my damn hips are killing me. I'm doing twice as many hip stretches and doesn't seem to work very well. Went back to more of a conventional and my hips don't hurt as bad. Anyone else have the same thing when doing sumos?
