      6 years past

      Its been 6 years with an inguinal hernia. I was doing so good in the gym and had to quit for 6 years. Iv been lifting since 13 and I'm 36 now. I just had surgery and they found 2 hernias. It's been about 3 weeks healing and I'm itching to get back in the gym. After all its been 6 years. I'm about 35 pounds under weight. I know I can gain it all back. With or with out a cycle. But I'm tempted to use a cycle right away. Basically to cheat and gain back the time I lost. Any thoughts? From 17-30 years old iv done about 5 or so cycles.

      Lift natty for a while so your joints and tendons etc get used to the weight and pounding

      Thats a good point.
      When I lost all my weight. My shoulders hurt so bad. Sometimes I had to sleep in a chair.
