I went through ACL reconstruction surgery 4 years ago. My left leg had major atrophy post surgery. My calf that atrophied is smaller now. Will focusing on the smaller calv catch it up as far as size? Thanks for any input.

Always train the weak side first. Do not try to work the strong side hard it is already ahead of the other. Save your training and recovery energy for your weak side. This has worked for me but it may never get as big as your right one. But it probably wont improve without trying.
