So fellas I had my Distal Bicep tendon rupture fixed 3 months ago on my left arm (ruptured right one 3 years ago) now physical therapist says I have tendonitis in the elbow. How can I get the pain gone? I am yearning to get back, hate being off especially while on TRT. Also has anyone ruptured both distal Biceps before? Just looking for apparently better technique, ways to get this feeling better, and get back... Dr said I should be good to start light lifting 20lb with left elbow, but shit still hurts I guess because the tennis elbow now. Not my first rodeo as this was my 13th surgery, apparently I'm doing shit wrong lol.
