FULL SHOULDER REPLACEMENT
has anyone had a full shoulder replacement and still able to train after recovery?

I have not, but I am sure it is possible. It may take a while to rehab everything, but I am sure you will be able to lift again eventually.

I had a partial shoulder replacement 5 years ago. I was told with a full replacement I would be limited to 25lb's of weight on a regular basis as the plastic block they use could not hold up heavy weights. So I got the Ream and Run procedure.
