After doing 4 sets of 6 clean and jerks I went to the bench and did 4 sets of 8 with my last set to failure, during the last set my shoulder felt hot and burning. Waited 20min and went to the cable cross overs and had no strength. I think I injured my anterior delt or the point of insertion for my pec? Took a week off and still sore / weak but much better. Is it possible for tren to improve strength to the point of self injury? If so I may need to pace myself more.
