So Ive been dealing with this herniation for years now. I work around it and have changed my movement and posture patterns and it does help a lot. Wanted to know out of the people out there with herniations producing moderate to severe symptoms how did you improve your symptoms? Has anyone tried inversion tables with any success? Ive done tons and tons of reverse hypers. Actually have been to Westside Barbell and talked to Louie myself. Though these never really made it any better. Thank you for your input.
