I had a complete rupture of my bicep tendon at the elbow, I’m 16 days out from surgery and I’m finally starting to do cardio again...mostly biking and elliptical...running still aggravates it. I’m taking 2 ius of GH and I like my progress and mobility so far. The PT was really impressed with my range of motion. I have to admit I was pretty depressed for awhile after the injury, I was hitting my macros and cutting hard. I’m 42 years old 245 lbs and 5’11’’. It was a ware and tear injury from what the surgeon was saying. If anyone has experience with this any insight would be helpful.
