I was doing wide pull ups and I felt like if I pulled something but can't seem to pin point where. Feels like from my tri to lat on my left side.
Really irritating, any clues or suggestions from anyone? Can't really pull using a lot of strength..
Wanna get back to beast mode!!! Anyone?

great post!!! I think the very 1st part of the post advocating that we get some professional assistance in diagnosing the issue is very important b 4 creating any treatment regemin. We definitely don't want to apply a treatment that exacerbates it as a result of mis-diagnosis
