So I’ve talked to a friend that is a physical therapist and he seems to think it’s some sort of pinched nerve but anyhow here goes:

the other her day I was doing upright rows and side raises and everytime I was at the peak of the lift I get this weird feeling like my skin is being cut or I’m getting piped with a rubber band against my skin. It doesn’t feel deep at all either. It literally feels like someone is holding a rubber band against my skin and then they snap the rubber band on my skin.

Then inwas doing above above the knee rack pulls and I felt it again during the stretch hold. It’s not really painful just irritates me like crazy to the point of halting my workout.

Anyone else get get this type of sensation?
