I was wondering if anyone else with this injury has had this problem and any rememdies for it. I was thinking on trying maybe bpc157 and tb500, but after 8 months I would think the tendon would be fully healed. Any help is much appreciated.
I had distal bicep tendon rupture back in January and just in the last month I’ve started having elbow and forearm pain, it started after a friend (That has had the surgery also)told me to start doing a lot of reverse curls with the easy curl bar, thinking about BPC 157
