Endurance athlete - looking for best compounds to aid recovery.

Did a good bit of digging couldn't find a consensus. Not trying to make BB gains here, trying to improve recovery to increase training volume.
      Already using PPARs.
If this was discussed somewhere else around the forums link me up or post personal anecdotes.

My opinion is that rest is what aids your recovery.

Very true, rest is the ultimate form of recovery.

I’ll add to help aide recovery drinking 20-24g of essential amino acids + 10g glutamine during training and also before bedtime will help recovery as well.

As far as any AAS you could use lower dose test (250-300mg per week) just to keep you at a higher level (1-1.3k give or take) which in turn will help you not only recover due to increased protein synthesis but also get stronger as well

I have found that when I dose low, say 100-200mg (split into 2 doses) of test that it helps me recover a lot. I give a range because you will have to find your own sweet spot. As well, adding Proviron 25-50mg a day will help with overall mood, energy and recovery.

Some will say winny. Been there done that and yes, recovery but fuck my hips and knees hurt so bad. Dried me out even on low dose.

      AAS: Eq, TRT and anavar

      Peptides: BPC157, TB500

      GH: no brainer

Overall proper rest, recovery and solid diet will do wonders. Fitting in a mid day nap if you can is beneficial.
