Extreme Right Shoulder Pain Deep in the Joint

I have been training for over 30 years. Some of my joints have caught up with me over the years. I've had two pectoral tears, not complete tears, ligament and all, but partial tears, which are the worst IMO, because there is NOTHING you can do about it and you're left with a permanent dent in the torn area and the days of a shapely & symmetrical chest are gone forever. It also knocked 100lbs off of what I can press forever.

Here's my current delima. My right shoulder is fucked. For a few weeks, I could warm up and the pain would ease up and I could get through the workout. Most of the time I would just have to struggle through the pain, but I could get it done. But, it's getting worse now, with each workout. I tried the hammer-strength incline, decline, and bench press, and I can't even push that first couple inches to get the lift started with my right. My left is fine. But, yesterday I noticed that when I tried to push through the pain, it actually felt like something was about to give out if I continued to push through the pain. The pain feels like it's deep inside the joint, even slightly behind the right shoulder blade.

My question is would it make sense to work chest, shoulders, and back, using only my left arm for a while until the problem can be fixed? Is it possible that some of the exercise could carry over to the right side? Would it be worth it, only working one side of the muscle group until finding a fix for the shoulder pain?

I went through something similar in 2022.. normal shoulder day, sore for a couple days after then complete fucking pain!! I still battle it. I took it easy, bpc and tb500 and slowly rehabbed my shoulder with light movements. My entire left arm was shot, I literally lost all control of my tricep, my mind muscle connection was completely lost, just wouldn’t move at all. I quit all pressing exercises for almost a year, nothing but flys.. I still have issues with overhand pull ups, dips and flat bench pressing movements.

Zero alcohol, BPC157 and TB500 saved me.

Thanks! I’ve got some TB500 and BPC157 on the way. The thing that sucks is I just got back into it after 2 years. I hope the stuff helps. Thanks for the input!
