      Pec pain :(

      Did i tear my pec i was benching & my left pec poped & now it hurts a little i can still move it just sore was hitting chest & arms i finished arm without a problem just worryed about the pec, has anyone went threw this before? if so what can help & how long do i have to lay off chest. Hope its just a easy fix :/

      Pings or pops are never a good sign. How long ago did it happen? If you haven't already done it, start an icing protocol. At this point, you should treat it as if it were a torn pec, you'll know soon enough, by bruising, whether or not its torn.

      Its not red inflam, burn, just tight. i was on smith machine with just 2 plate on each side & was doing reps of 8 & left pec felt like something popped on second set 3rd rep. After that i couldnt do anything with chest was to affraid to hurt it more, just feels tight & sore no brusing so far.
