My left arm has no streangth on push only pull

I'm 6'2" 230 8% bodyfat. I'm a power bodybuilder. I had a rotator cuff injury years ago in my left shoulder. After a heavy sqaut session i had a bad kink on the right side of my upper back almost under my shoulder blade.it felt like it just needed popped. Went to the chiropractor and a massage then it went away. After that i go to do shoulders dumbell press and my normal warmup with the 60s my left Arm could barely push them. There is no pain at all. I do bench and 135 i can barely do cause there is literally no streangth in my left arm. It's been 3 weeks and still the same. My pull excersise are not effected at all just push. I read it could be tendonitis? Not sure what to do. I'm not on a cycle right now just cruising with 300mg test cyp a week. Any input would be awesome. Oh and I'm 38 years old. Thanks

A few years ago I herniated two discs in my neck that pressed on a nerve...my left arm would go numb numerous times a day...I was unable to curl a 10 pound dumbbell but I could bench using a machine...it took about six months and a few rounds of Prednisone before I was able to do pull or curl movements...my left arm atrophied badly...I bet it shrunk a good 2-3 inches........

I had a similar thing after a summer of building pools and decks. I was using the same arm to mini-sledge spikes etc... Developed bursitis in that shoulder. Went numb constantly if I laid down on either side but when I would roll onyo the injured side forget it, a few times I slept so hard I didnt realize and the arm felt dead when I woke up, panicked a few times. Time and rest healed it. I would HIGHLY recommend a BPC157 regiment. Works wonders!!!

I had a similar experience years ago. I subluxed a facet joint in my neck that affected my brachial plexus. Strength on my left side for push stuff dropped off dramatically. It took a bunch of visits to the chiropractor and lots of modalities, ice, electro stim etc. and most importantly, time to get it back. Inflamed nerves are really slow to heal. Really frustrating and a hinderance to progress in my case but no lasting effects fortunately.
Get yourself a lacrosse ball, lay flat on your back on the floor with the ball right where it hurts and get some good pressure on it. I’ve done this to the point where it literally popped the facet joint back into place and gave me immediate relief. The nerve inflammation and weakness will take time though. Good luck man!
