Diclofenac Sodium Gel
Best thing since sliced bread!
My new doc gave me a script for this to help with my botched rotator cuff. It workd absolute miracles on my arm. It is more or less a NSAID absorbed thru the skin. I use maybe 1 tenth of the prescribed amount 1 time per day (Rx for 4X) and my pain is gone.
Just tossing it out there. I think its marketed for bursitis mainly.

This is a safe option. I wouldn't expect miracles though. It only reduces inflammation and does not promote healing. Good luck to both of you!

Becareful with this, I was prescribed this and I was allergic and my tongue and throat swelled up almost to were I couldn't breathe.
