I had something similar a few years ago real bad. Pumped up glucosamine, tb500, hgh, stayed away from certain exercises that strezsed it, did some icing with a special ice machine with a wrap that provided compression and turn on and off by itself (pulsar ice machine uses water look it up), kept it wrapped and it went away and hopefully never comes back

Anyone had success with bp157 and tb500 for elbow pain, like long term? I’m thinking of starting that regimen. I get tremendous elbow pain until there’s enough blood flow and warmth to the area (so during every warm up set) and then it continues to get aggravated depending on the angle at which I use it. Would be nice to have two fully working elbows again lol

I can’t answer that but I successfully treated tennis elbow with tennis elbow brace(it’s really more of a strap than brace imo), BPC 157, and TB500. I learned very quickly why it’s not widely used or accepted in the US. The shit actually works. I got relief within a few days and was completely healed somewhere between 4-8 weeks. It’s been so long I can’t remember. It stayed healed.
