Elbow pain
In the last month I have developed some elbow pain, “maybe tendinitis”
Does anyone else have this and what do you do for it?

Low dose NPP works for me. 15-20mg EOD. Got 2 buddies doing the same. It’s just certain tricep exercises for me, Skull crushers and seated overhead DB extensions kill me.
My girl uses BPC157 for her shoulder and wrist. She swears by it.

For me the pain is in my grip (forearm) and reverse curls (elbow), I don’t know anything about Npp or BPC157, do you do these on the spot injection? Or just intramuscular anywhere?

I’m using BPC and TB on mine right now. Hasn’t even been a week yet so I can’t 100% say much on it except that is slightly less painful.
I also use CBD rub and sleeves help a ton

Hey guys so I’m dealing with some pain in tendon or ligament above my elbow. I’ve had this in my other arm years back but the pain in that arm was radiating down to the forearm. This current pain isn’t. I heard BPC works wonders, I’m also taking HGH. Still early to notice pain relief but thinking about reviving it up. It’s either that or see a doctor which I’m only avoiding because of costs and I really don’t wanna take more time off. I already had to take time off because of broken clavicle.
thoughts ?
