I was doing some research tonight and I was reading up on the healing aspects of Var. I've always know it was good for healing as far as burn victims and Aids patients are concerned, but there is a major study going on right now for rotator cuff surgery and Var at 12.5 mgs a day. It started in 2018 and will run through 2022. Most of you that know me, know who I buy my var from. I tested it recently because my lady wanted to give it a shot on a cycle, and it's as pure as it gets. So, even though I'm technically cruising, I was thinking about running it 15mgs a day and see what happens. I love being on var, I look lean, pumps, etc. And since I can't workout for the near future or do anything else it seems as my arm will be in a sling for at least 4-6 weeks and nothing for the first 2. Might as well give it a go and see if I can cut those 4-6 weeks down and see what happens.
Thanks for the advice everyone on the ice machine. I found the Ossur brand for about 150$ - most are about that range 150-200, so I'm gonna keep it cold while I heal. I read that longer durations with that machine will actually heal the area up, but that remains a mystery. All I know is that everyone is recommending it, so why not. Var, proviron, test, oxy, ice machine, yup, I got this. I'm not at all looking forward to this, but I got this. I'm trying not to let things get me down, it wasn't not too long ago, early december, I was just cut on a bit to fix a minor hernia, and I will say, I healed up extremely fast, and now that I think about it, I was using var after that.. hmmm. okay, I got this now. hahaha. Hernia is one thing, shoulder is something entirely different, but I have only a few days to prep for this thing and get things in order. Hell, I have even been teaching myself to eat left handed and do minor things as if my arm was in a sling. This will probably be the most difficult surgery to overcome, not because of what I'm going through, but the fact that I can't use my arm for weeks. Never had something that makes me feel so helpless in a way. Thanks to everyone here for the confidence boost. Getting older does suck, but I'm 48, and I'm not giving up yet.
Thanks everyone!
