      Lifting with heart failure

Anyone else diagnosed with heart failure (any degree from 1-3, 4 is death I believe)? I was hospitalized for a month after being diagnosed with being in heart failure, also was walking around in heart arrhythmia over 200 bpm. Really really fucked myself. Had two heart procedures since then, this all happened June 2019. Been on 15 medications, lots of diuretics mainly because my body is not processing fluids normally and I’m filling up, which then fluid build up begins around my heart and organs.

just wondering if anyone else is or has been in a similar situation, and if so, how did you deal with it. I’ve been pretty depressed ever since, I cannot exercise, I can barely walk my dog around the block. I’ve lost anything I’ve ever worked for in the gym and career. I am still thankful that I have my loving family which I couldn’t go with out. Thanks in advance

      ~K

I'm sure they would say the same thing koral. They wouldn't be the same with out you either. My dad had 3 open heart surgeries. He was a tough dude that's for sure. He stopped the work out scene after the first one. He stuck to doing yard work and shoppe work in the barn for exercise. His last option he was told to get a pace maker and he refused to prolong anymore treatments. Enjoy your life with your family and be safe and don't stress yourself out. Didnt get your age. My dad had his first one when he was 40. Best of luck to you and your family
