Here's a vid of Dennis Wolf getting Active Release Therapy. Check it, I've heard lots of good things about ART, especially good for what we do to our bodies in the gym.

All you guys should be supplementing with glucosamine regardless if you have joint pain or not. It prevents and heals too an extent. You can buy it anywhere in the vitamin aisle. Problem is takes about a month too take full effect. But for the price and the benefits it well worth supplementing in your daily intake. If that doesn't work try the above methods or see a doctor. Good luck bro and bros.

Other thing that I've seen work is wrap your elbows but put a maxi pad in there against your elbow. This will help with the vaginitis.

Yeah, I'll try that one. I think you left some pads in my bathroom last time you came by Sis.

Is ART done usually by chiro, or do the ortho folks do it. My bi's are killin today so there is a good possibility I went a little crazy yesterday. Its speed week for me at 65%ish 3x12 on six diff isolation movements.

I do it as a six day split one week per month to really blast a particular area. I havent felt "in to it" for about 6 weeks so its been a little bit since I have done it. ART looks like it would be great!

I don't think chiros do it. Usually a sports medicine type.

So you do the 3x12's for each muscle? What movements do you do for chest, for example?

I know im fixin to get flamed but one week a month I'll go full out on speed. For chest I'll go:
Incline db 3x12 - 30 sec between sets
      3 mins
      flat bb - same
      3min
      Decline - same
      3min
      Dips leaning fwd- same
      3min
      Flyes - same
      3 mins
      Push ups. - same

I never go above 65%, and I go as fast as I can on each set. Totally thrashes the muscles, and takes a day or two longer to recover, but I like it because it shakes things up. I dont think your body can ever get prepared for that kind of a workout. Truthfully tho, I have never been able to di a full workout, I always fail or drop weights somewhere along the routine.

No 5S for now. Last two weeks have been effed. The capper was going to ER last night. Either a bug or food poisoning got me so dehydrated I needed an IV. 4 liters later I walked out but still queazy. Lost 12 pounds. Half was probably water but still.
