      Psyching Myself Out

I've posted before about how I just got done with gyno surgery about a month ago. I'm healing up like a dream and was back to working out at two weeks.

I just don't know about getting back on again, but maybe I'm just psyching myself out. I'm indoc is fucked from doing chemo twice, and my test is low, but my insurance won't put me on TRT unless it's below a certain point. This surgery and process went so well, I just don't want to fuck it up again and get gyno...twice. I was ALL over my bloods last time and my estrogen was NEVER over 30 and I was running 12.5 Aromsain EOD religiously. Even before I jumped on my first cycle of Tren I had these knots...well used to be knots.

What do ya'll think? Not the typical "well if you don't want the risk, don't do it". Am I just psyching myself out too much? To me it's almost like I got gyno, even when my estrogen was in check. Should I have just crashed my estrogen and said fuck it to ensure I didn't get gyno? I know that isn't the answer..as that is not good for you.

I just don't know. I'm being a bitch. Someone give me some sage guidance..lol..or just call me names. LMAO

      -Jet

Bad enough that is required surgery. My insurance does it for free. The bounce was nice....

Well was the whole glad removed? If your insurance covers it doesn't seem to be a whole lot to worry about you could always have it cut out again.

The "entire gland" removal is a common misconception and a little bro science from what I gather. They always leave a tiny bit behind your nipples to prevent too much nipple atrophy, if they can. The body and the tail of the gland are always removed. I questioned this during the initial discussion and reached out to probably 5-6 plastic surgeons that specialize in this in Mass and they all said that's accurate, no doctor will remove 100% of the gland.

I'm almost certain it can come back regardless. Maybe not as likely, but still possible.

make sure to check prolactin as well as estrogen as both cause gyno

I had this along time ago from doing Tren Ace. I never messed with the progesterone based ones, but tren was all the hype back in 2003ish.. I pretty much did everything great until I let my bro talk me into it. I thought, well if he's saying that if God were to do a steroid, it would be Tren! I was like hell yea! There was info out there back in the day, but most of us didn't hear of anyone getting gyno because of Tren and it was hard af to find an anti-progesterone treatment like Cab. The one I eventually found it was too late, did nothing or it was fake. But I did two shots of Tren at 75 mg Ace and BAM.. felt like a knife cutting into my nip the next day and for the next 2 weeks. They got bigger and not only was it painful, it was embarrassing .. Doc cut out the mass but I think - like what OP said, they don't take everything out. However, I will NEVER do tren or Deca - and if I were, I would definitely have everything to counteract the issues. But, I have tried everything except deca, so I won't go near it. Why? Just not interested. Just do what you know what works for you and stay away from what it was that gave it to you. I actually got my insurance also to pay for it. 5k+ surgery - poof.. good ole' days of real insurance.. I mostly stick to test, anavar, eq, proviron, mast. No need to go the other route, i'm 48 - i'm not looking to be hulk hogan and with a recently failed rotator cuff surgery, I have no ideas what I'm going to do next. I fear that I may stop altogether. !!! Anyways, just take my advice, go with what you know works, don't get crazy, make sure you study up and have whatever counter acts the gyno - progesterone or esterone. Plenty of videos of doctors talking about the truth behind gyno and how one doc bets people that the gyno is NOT related to progesterone. Very interesting stuff. Either way, be well prepared and get your bloods before, during and after cycle. 59$ is not that expensive these days and a whole lot of places to fix your gyno med wise.. I'm sure you'll come to the right decision, but I have a feeling you'll dive ass first back on the pinz bro.. hhahahahah. j/k.. I know how ya feel- I've been there also. It's a tuff one for sure, but I've never had a problem with gyno since the surgery so I don't know if he took out a lot or just a little... Good luck brother and let us know..
