Hey everyone, so I’ve been training for over 10 years, been a personal trainer for almost one year. It gets tricky trying to find certain ways to do extensive back workouts with my back. It has always been an issue,
for the most part I’ve worked w a physical therapist to find ways we can change my form to benefit my body, it has gotten better over time but I’m curious to see if anyone here has scoliosis or a Herrington rod and how you go about training, thanks brotHers 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽😁😁
