      Constant Knee Pain

I’ve had multiple knee surgeries so I’ve simply grown accustomed to being in varying degrees of pain but it’s beginning to be way more unbearable. I stretch, perform knee rehab and strengthening exercises with little to no improvement. What sort of advice can anyone offer or share their experiences with knee issues and pain?

Have you tried certain peptides? Although you have had surgeries some pain could be due to underlying issues surrounding the area. Also what do you currently do to constantly rehab and strengthen the area

Gelatin and collagen 5mg morning and night, and knee sleeves when I lift, fucking knee sleeves are a godsend.

Sorry should have put 5 grams, not milligrams.

I received my first ever concussion as a goalkeeper last Sunday so I’ve taken the last week off. Currently I ride a bike, some swimming when the weather allows it, and multiple knee rehab and training exercises 2-3 times a week.

Feel ya pain, literally!. The older I get, the less able to tolerate. In my opinion, it's simply the aging process. Look at the people who never had injuries, yet. later in life begin to suffer pains of all sorts. Our bodies wear out thru the course of time. So, the ones of us that have had injuries are gonna suffer even more so do to aging.

One thing that has helped me is KRATOM...However, it's getting to the point where that isn't working. I't looks like I will have to go back to doc and get treatment again. Wish u the best!. Try to stay positive if possible!. Find something that u might be able to pre-occupy your mind on that isn't physically taxing.
