I always warm up my rotator cuffs.
Like alot of guys on here who have had full thickness tear or our rotator cuff, the importance of warming up before is now engraved in our brain.
I add in scapular pull downs as well.
I do too any upper body day. No tears yet but they have been bothering me for a few years even before lifting when doing masonry work and when I've gotten lazy with it in the past I paid for it
