Brother I've had 4 rotator cuff surgeries on each shoulder and I contribute my use of winstrol for many of my injuries. Stay away from any particular anabolics that cause dryness or tears as winstrol unknowingly to me does definitely affect your muscles, tendons, and ligaments. Note it was my favorite anabolic and i often used. If i'm not allowed to discuss this here please inform me. I'm new

You're right athletes work through pain all too often, and they end up paying for it down the road. I wish some coaches understood the difference between backing off to prevent injury, and quitting. when I injured my shoulder playing football they were so quick to have me pop some pills and get back out there the next week, and that shoulder still needs special care and attention to this day.
thanks for sharing, a lot of good information in there!

I'll add to that. I am rated at 100% disabled due to an injury I received in 1999 while serving in the Corps. It would have never gotten this bad if I knew when to listen to my body and stop. Fast forward all these years later to where I am physically now. I'd give anything to be able to put on some headphones and go for a run. Some lessons in life are learned the hard way.
