Double Gyno Surgery Friday
Anyone has had gyno Surgery? If so what sort of diet you were on after during the down period. Doc says no weights for a month. I was going to rest for a week, then jump on light cardio the next week. Week 3 start with legs and cardio. Any suggestions welcome. I also wanted to know how long should I expect swelling? I have grade 1 gyno in one breast and grade 2 in the other.
Thanks,
Jared

I had mine done 10 years ago. I had just the glands removed, no lipo around breast so I had my compression bandages off within a week and then it was just the bandage tape for another week or so. I was training arms and legs by week 2, but if you get lypo or have a more invasive surgery you'll need the proper down time. My incisions were tiny and just under the nipples and very little swelling. If you have lots of swelling/brusing then take it slow for a month so they heal nice. Best of luck

Been looking into gyno surgery as well. You had the entire glands removed? So it's literally impossible for you to get gyno again the rest of your life is this correct?

I removed mine in 2011 pretty big deal 50 grms left side 27 right size
Dont do anything because it can make a blood cloth under your nipple and you will look like you have boobs it happened to me. Literally just for 4 weeks lay down and watch tv keep your dieg healthy.
They did the procedure with local anesthesia and in less.tham 30 minutes it was fucking weird.

No lipo required. I will probably take popepeyo advice and take it easy for a month. It's a very expensive surgery and I don't want to fuck it up. I'll try and drop a few pounds in the mean time. I'm not over weight to bad. I'm 13% BF.

I'm lucky to have BF in the right places on my chest and genetically gifted in that area fortunately so it hides the lumps well. Truth be told one feels like the size of a flatten golf ball and the other a large marble. I know they're there and they get irritated when my estrogen gets the slightest bit above homeostasis, I want those things gone!

My Gyno is only noticable by myself. If I were to point it out to people then it's noticable. For me it's a confidence thing. I must say though it does get uncomfortable when my estrogen pikes also.

Quick lil side note. I got it 7 years ago by taking Superdrol pills without running test and taking absolutely nothing after I got off. 2 big mistakes I had no clue about at the time. Plus the fact that this was the first time I ever tried anything. Needless to say I was highly uneducated on the matter at the time. 😂 I can laugh now about it. But in saying that I lived with gyno for about 7byears years. I just thought the background should be stated. Oh and gyno Surgery runs 8k and is not covered by insurance.
