Thread: Lower back pain

I've heard about this method, but I'm not really convinced by it. Although maybe it helped someone.

I have been dealing with lower back pain/ stiffness for like forever sometimes i can’t even bend over before stretching in the morning especially after waking up, it gets worse if i neglect my lower back training and abs i’ve been stretching and deadlifting properly helped get me back to normal.
