Lower back pain
I'm wondering if anyone else experiences a tighter lower back while on juice? If so what do you guys do?

My job and equipment doesn't help me. I stretch, sit in Epsom salt baths hot as can be. That helps a lot. (Fuck taking otc pain meds because my Dr. Is already pissed about liver values. Those Tylenol and shit like that are not good for you.) I have a place I can swim year round and that helps me the most. Best of luck and hope you find your cure because lower back pain sucks Donkey Dick!

Thanks yes it definetly does. And I'm self employed for the most time work is good on my back. But for some stupid reason I helped a freind do flooring and I am hating it lol. But I live on the lake so I will definetly try swimming to.

I found sleeping with one of those leg wedge pillows that elevate your legs while lying down helped me personally. That and appreciating rest days as much as my workout days.

I have a preexisting lower back injury from when I was hit by a drunk driver 8 years ago. Meds are all temporary. My best solution is mobility exercises especially hip mobility exercises. If you have an anterior rotation to your pelvis causing an exaggeration in lordosis to your lower back it’s going to put more pressure on any fucked up discs or cause strain in your QLs. Same if it’s shifted to one side or another.

I’ve been plagued by lower back pain. After countless doctor visits. I saw a specialist. I have some issues there. But he told me to stretch, before I get out of bed.
lay flat, bring one knee up to your chest and hold it, do the other leg. Then both. Do this a few times. Then get up and walk for 10 minutes.
this helps me.

I sometimes have back pain. When I was in the navy, I slept on a wooden board. It was tough at first, but it helped my back. I still do it now.
