      Calcific tendonitis

      hi....
I developed Calcific tendonitis in right shoulder 4 years ago, i got frozen shoulder because of it for about 3 month, and the following 3 months where on heavy mends because of pain, i took 6 month later fo recover 90% by doing shoulder exercises with 5 lb and 10 lb dumbbells'

after covid vaccines, i developed heavy pain in both shoulder, received therapy on a sports clinics, right shoulder was better after about 6 weeks, but pain in left shoulder still very bad. an ultra sound reveals Calcific tendonitis on left shoulder!
i have been during the same exercises I did with my right shoulder 3 years ago, but its only recovered 30%, I have pain of.. 5 during the day and 9 if i lift something over my head

have you guys experience Calcific tendonitis before, whats supplements or methods used for faster and complete recuperation ?
I purchased hgh, BPC and TB hopping its helps
also i purchase on ebay a Chinese shock wave therapy machine
it hurts, but 2 or 3 days later i thing pain is reduced, but, any time I raise something over my head, pain returns
      thanks for any advice

First step I would personally take is to keep a journal and record days where the pain is strong vs bearable and note any differences in diet and lifestyle. I would make a doctors visit and see if they can rinse the area with a saltwater solutions to reduce the buildup. Continue researching the topics and last case scenario is to have surgery where they will cut your tendon( outpatient normally).

It's the covid vaccine that caused the pain.
      J/k .

shoulders finally working again, about 90% of capacity
had visiting a lot of docs, specialist, etc no luck
but after about 2 to 3 months (since July) on TRT plus, I'm finally able to do pullups again !
      150 mg/week test cyp (TRT)
      2 IU HGH, 5 days a week
      .05 ml BPC-157, 5 days a week
      .5ml TB500, 2 times a week

of course, some shoulder strength and mobility exercises

thanks GOD for pushing me in to keep searching for alternatives an not rely on doctors opinion "you are just old, must get used to it"

      Calcific tendonitis

Congrats brother. I have dealt with shoulders and tendons. It’s no walk through the park. Be careful and don’t over due it. I ran my bpc at 250 mcg twice Ed just fyi. Are you pinning the bpc right at the injury?

just for anyone with same problem
I start first only BPC, TB and HGH.
But about a month after start using test (TRT), (about 1 or 2 months of using BPC, TB and HGH), is were 99% of the pain disappear and was able to do pullups, gym rings, etc..
So Test also really helps to injury recovery.
I pin BPC, TB, HGH at belly.
If there were to much pain, then I inject directly in both shoulders.

My shoulder pain problems were there for years, and in just 3 or 4 months with Test and Peptides it almost disappear!

I have not been using BPC and TB for about 3 weeks, so far dont need them.

      Just using HGH and Test
