      Fuck.....

      I'm too young for this shit already, well a few weeks back I fell out of my attic. Don't ask how or why. I have high ceilings ,ok. Well I came down on my knee and it burned for a few minutes and went away... Well today I went with some buddies to play some ball. Granted I am over weight haha in a good way. But I play hard at anything I do. Came down from a rebound and landed on my left and instant pain. Almost dropped me. But I can go rep 300 in my squat rack? Doesn't make sense. Guess I'm getting old like some of you haha. Jp

      Last injury was a broken leg and ankle 19 months ago and thankfully it doesnt bother me.

      Fell out of the attic and ya have high cielings huh......lol

      You might want to have it checked with an orthodpedic doc to confirm there is an injury and identify the type of injury as well as to ensure you do not cause further damage to your knee.
