Figured I would give an update.
I never had it looked at. I just ended up taking it easy for a little longer, long warm ups, light weights and now its better.

Supplement with MSM and Chondritin...they will do wonders for keeping everyday wear and tear from blossoming into the inflammation cycle...
What about jumping on a cycle of npp,deca, and test? that might mask the pain
I also recommend going light but even better to stop working out for awhile to let it heal. do some cardio, and lower body if you can stand it.
Mine is getting better. I had to take a couple wks off from upper body. I do alot more warming up and stretching. Glucosamine MSM helped. Deca has helped. Go to youtube and look at voodo floss for elbow. Very helpful.
I had an issue earlier that i thought was tennis/golfers elbow. Turned out it was an ulnar nerve issue. Little and ring finger would go numb all the time and intense pain in the elbow. If you have a nerve issue no amount of rest will help. Hopefully it's just the tendonitis and you get it under control
