I don't mean to bring this thread off topic but after talking to the company or a rep and they did not help you out and attempt to make things right whether or not it is a misunderstanding on your part or theirs, I would highly consider bringing your case to a board moderator. I would assume that they would get to the bottom of everything and help resolve the issue. At least that is what I have read in multiple subforums regarding gear that had been purchased.
