joe is pretty legit man, his martial arts days started with TKD and his striking shows it. he's been doing high level jits for a long time so he's got skills. i don't know where his wreslting is at, but i'm sure in his prime he was octagon worthy.

yea he has been training for years and is a black belt in several styles. there is a hilarious video of him whopping this guys ass over and over. apparently they guy called joe rogan out on social media and joe told him to come down to his gym and they would roll. well they did, and needless to say i dont think that guy posted anything else on social media about joe rogan.
