Whatching that fight was like watching state-run television. I really have no words for whatever the hell that was. Joe Rogan was shilling hard for Connor. Chad Mendez even thanked Connor for allowing him to lose to him. And even though the fight was bound to end, Herb Dean stopped the fight earlier than I've ever seen a fight stopped.

Chad Mendez took the fight on 2 weeks notice. That's effectively taking the fight on 1 days notice. He was gassed by the 2 minutes mark, yet still put it on Connor. What everyone saw saturday night was the clearly better man losing. Connors ground game is embarrassing. And every 145lb who can wrestle is salivating right now.

I don't know what the fuck is going on with this Mcgregor hysteria. It's scaring me a little. And I know it's a cliche, but I've never seen anything like it.

The only way someone will beat him is if the lay on him for 5 rounds... Which is embarrassing in itself! I hate fighters that do that shit! B-O-R-I-N-G! LOL

Pissed about the Mcgregor/Mendes fight ... Chad gassed by round 2 after knowing he is capable of going 5 rounds with Aldo.
If he had a full training camp Mendes would have the belt right now IMO. Herb dean too, what the FUCK. 2-3 second left on
a title fight and you call it? Yes he got dropped, yes he got rocked, yes he most likely wouldn't of been able to recover by the
next round and would have gassed again. but HE WAS covering up with 2-3 seconds to go. Common Herb you're better than that.

Chad was exhausted the second the bell rang... because he had zero time to train. Even so, he landed some wicked shots, including elbows from inside connors guard. mendez also hit takedowns that he had no business finishing, because connors grappling sucks. His pace was slow because, well, again, took the fight on two weeks notice. I feel like no one understands how significant this is. It means absolutely everything. Connor also had nothing on the ground. He got up because Mendez was going for desperation guillotines, again, because he had no gas. Connor is a good fighter, but he's not gonna hold that belt for very long. Buy into the hype if youd like, I just cant tolerate the weirdness.

I generally don't care this much, but I'm so fucking annoyed. Sherdog.com seems to be shilling for the UFC now as well. There used to be this comparison between Mixed martial arts and Boxing, that people were tired of the corruption associated with boxing and found MMA refreshingly un-sullied. Well boys, that's all over. What I saw saturday night was fucking embarrassing. I just don't think the average viewer recognizes that something real shitty is going on. It's not their fault I guess. I've just been at this a long time.

Yo Hunkstrum check out the first Anderson Silva vs Chris Weidman its very similar. UFC shilled hard for Weidman and then Anderson went out clowning and took a dive announcing his retirement.
