Won by Default. Jones couldn't defend because of his hit/run and Aldo because he was hurt (again). Having to pull out of a title defence at the last minute because of Injury during training happens alot. UFC fans get pissed when this shit happens. After all the hype the UFC Puts in promoting the event only to hear in the news 2 weeks out the fighter has to pull out. The UF puts the title up for grabs and call it a "interm" belt.

Doesn't really matter what anyone says... Either way... They both will have to "defend" their "Paper Champion Belts" against the "former" Champions anyway... McGregor will knockout Aldo in December, leaving no doubt who the champ is and then he'll move up wieght. I think Cormier is going to lose tonight, so it wont matter... Even though I don't like him, Jon Jones will most likely return in 2016 and get back his Lt. Heavyweight belt and then move up to heavy weight...
