Correct. This just happened. DC is the Champion by default due to Jones fucking up yet again.
Minimum suspension for a second violation is 4 years. He is done.

I'm hoping for a non-tested super fight between Jones and Lesnar in Japan so they can put on one last show and payday since they can't fight anywhere else lol

It would depend on if WME IMG terminate his contract. Bellator is owned by Viacom and happily employ juice heads, they have a drug policy but as seems incredibly loose and they are not affiliated with USADA.
It would come down to the penalty handed to JJ by USADA, if upheld by any Commissions and if other employers (ie Viacom) want to recognise any imposed suspension....
But first, they need a positive on the B sample....
