I grew up in the country.. fighting was a weekend pass time. But have never had any sort of training. Lately I have decided I want to get some instruction and discipline and get my ass kicked a little..

dont get mad when this 190lb guy makes you tap because your arm is getting ready to break off...lol
I first trained muay thai, started about 3 years ago. Its funny cause my kru's were about 140lbs and they manhandle a 200lb man with ease. You should be nervous when you enter the gym cause you're going to get your ass kicked. LOL
First day they should start you off in sparring, I hope they put you up with a girl that throws head kicks. lmaoo

We tell all our guys the same. Thing...come in with the attitude that your gonna get manhandled by a much smaller guy...brute strenth is only part of the game...I'm actually cutting down to 171 before march 12th...sucks the big on..because I walk around at 195...
