I believe their relationship with Moneygram is seperate. They do have Moneygram locations still in their stores.

Yah the guy at Walmart told me that Ria is Moneygram and its all a bunch of BS because walmart basically forced them into it. Im not sure what he meant by that but anyway thats what I was told. Then again I dont know how much weight what the counter help at walmart says holds. Lol
