      Depending on how strong your dbol is...ive taking 20mg perday that kicked my ass...cramping up on treadmill.....but id say in general 50pd max for intermediate use weather you split it or not...i never do...however i only use it pre workout....currently running 50mg prewo now from pl and absolutly loving it....1 hr pre.... preferably on empty stomach...his dbol has me feeling like im on dbol and drol....with the ferociousness and unstoppable drive capability as well as tight pumps.....#drink plenty of water...helps with cramps a bit and makes your muscle bellies full...as you may reatain a bit of water in a good way my op...

      I've gone as low as 20mg per day and as high as 100mg per day. Always dosed in full pre-workout.

      I've noticed less is more for me. As my dose gets higher, I seem to get weaker. My assumption is a bigger dose means more toxicity which leaves me run down.

      Dbol had a short half life. Start low and move up. Find what works best for you. Just like every other AAS, your results may vary.
