All ur ? We're answers as far as diet eat lean meats fish, chicken turkey and lean beef stay away from bad carbs eat clean carbs sweet tatters wild rice whole wheat. Protein shakes are good I lost 60 lbs of body fat with shakes try and eat a meal or shake every 3-4 hrs to ramp up ur metabolism agin eat clean meals

Not much to add after the solid advice you just got bro..one thing,HAVE FUN bro,it's a lot of work but enjoy yourself and careful not to burn out on the 7day training,you gotta have rest days

Brother it's taken me 3 years to get from where u are to where I am, like I said in the other thread consistency and determination are the key, diet #1, everything you've read is spot on. I slowed down and put a little weight back on due to a car accident in January, but I'm headed back up the mountain. Unfortunately where I live I can't internet order a blood test and because of my job I can't have my dr run the test I need because I sign a waiver for my employer so I have to rely on symptoms, which you really don't catch till it's too late. I would love to be able to test properly
The only true failure is quitting, any other attempt is practice!
