thank you . that's a bit better and you will learn as you go names and what not . just make sure u have plenty of rest or you will not heal and burn out . I wouldn't cut all fat some fat is still good fat has certain enzymes and other really good nutrients just depends on the type of fat it is .I cut my food down to pretty much 1 and a 1/2 cup of anything I want but that's all I can have and it seems to work pretty well I cut down the carbs a little . I am looking forward to seeing your progress . I am doing the same as you right now trying to cut the fat down lol so hard to get rid off so easy to put on lol
Looks like ur motivated for ur workouts u should do well 1600 cals Ed would kill me I would be on my butt
