      If you can't get ephed (sponsors here have it I believe) You can use bronkaid if that's still a thing. I think it is. At least was last time I used it but that was a year ago or so. You get it from the Walmart pharmacy. It's not script but they keep it behind the counter still.

      I would drop your caloric intake to 1700-1800 calories per day. Keep protein high. You'll wanna eat lots of chicken breasts as this has tons of protein without excessive calories. Protein shakes are a must...at least one per day. Just a few helpful hints from my experiences....

      I'm also working on last bit of (lower) belly fat. The shit is so god damn stubborn. I'm about to run some DNP to rid of it.

      You could drop some of your fat intake, 30% is high while cutting. Carbs are for energy(so pre-wo for energy to train/pwo to refill glycogen stores). Carb cycling helps to. On off days u could literally go low-zero carbs. Hard training days like legs be your high days, then have a med day or avg.

      Also nothing better for burning fat than fasted morning cardio. Its been debated, arguments for/against it on both sides. Its what the pros do and I got my leanest doing it. I'm not a morning person, so I loath it. But there is no getting around it. To loose BF, u need to train and do cardio. Unless u have freak genetics. I wish, lol

      If you have been going at it for while, it can be helpful to break the monotony to switch to making some lean gains. The more muscle you have, the more calories u require. Some some new added muscle could help. But you could also add right back on the fat you lost, unless you have maintained your new weight for while.

      Bf% does matter since more testosterone will be aromatized into estrogen. Its winter, I would say go for it. Still plenty of time left to dieting in the spring. Or compromise. Do 6 more weeks of dieting(loose 12lbs) and your reward is to do a cycle.

      I highly advise against using DNP until you've been at this for a while. Also, you need to educate yourself over and over before even thinking about using it. Then, seek advice if you have any lingering questions. DNP can be very dangerous and deadly if used improperly. With that being said, here's some info on it...
