Thread: Bf% matter before starting first cycle?

So I checked mytdee.com today and according to my stats and guess on bf% it tells me my tdee 3374 and my bmr is 1956. I have been at around 2100 cals for months. What gives? Is my metabolism just jacked from only eating one meal a day for years? I just dont get it.

I have Ephedrine from 2007 still in my kitchen cabinet. I took it for a few days but it gave me the jitters and heart palpitations. But it def burns fat like crazy

Is this illegal now? It did not used to be.

I think it just illegal to be marketed as a fat burner.
