Bf% matter before starting first cycle?

So im about ready to start my first cycle and im wondering if there is an optimal bf range. Im still loosing fat atm but i want to get the most out of the cycle. Im going to guess im around 18 to 20% now.

The lower your body fat the more optimal it is going to be for your cycle. I think most people on here would recommend at least 15% or under. Not to say you can cycle where you are at, but you would get more more out of it and be likely to have less sides at a lower body fat percentage.

THE BIGGEST key for a successful cycle is your diet so you want to have that absolutely in check. Eat at a caloric deficit for awhile and get yourself used to sticking to a diet day in and day out and you'll drop fat without needing gear. Once youve got your bf down and are seeing more muscle showing and definition and want to build then work on your first cycle.

Just my opinion but I think you'd be best served waiting and dieting down naturally at first!

Thanks Fit. My diet is decent and i have been at it for abput 9 months now. My goal when starting was to loose fat and build muscle slowly so i did not get burnt out or get into something that was not sustainable long term. Lately i seem to have plateaued and am stuck at about 209ish. I started out at 234. I see myself leaning out but i cant seem to get rid of this bit of belly. I know i am on the right track but i want to speed up the process. I was in 36s that were a bit tight and now im in 34s with a belt to keep em up.

Im at 2100 cal a day with about a 30c/30f/40p macro. As of lately my cardio has been a bit less than usual. I try to hit cardio at least 4 days a week. Usually hiit on the elliptical 1 min high/1 min low for 30 min. Ive probably only done cardio 4 or 5 times in the last 2 weeks though.

I'm not sure what your tdee would be, but I would calculate that and shoot to eat at about 500 calories below that. Keep your protein high, back load your carbs so they're mostly post workout. Try hitting the hiit 4-5 days a week and you're bound to get past that plateau and keep shredding. If you're still at 30% carbs you got plenty of room to keep dropping that as well. I usually like to do it per lb more than a %. So say you're at 2.0g carbs/lb to start and then you start dropping those like .25g /lb each week (or every 2 weeks) just whenever you plateau either ad cardio or drop carbs or a combo. Simple and effective way to cut that always works. You don't wanna throw everything at it right away (super cut diet/tons of cardio/etc) because hen you have nowhere to go when you plateau. Sounds like you def have some room still both with food and adding cardio.

You could also try running an ECA stack with it to help you shred up. You could also run some clen if you wanted, but that is better ran with gear I feel to help you old muscle.

If you do decide to cycle still, Lots of info on here man. good luck!

Fit, you mentioned an eca stack. Is there somewhere you can still find ephed? I did this many years ago first with old achool hydroxycut, then eventually just did white crosses from the truck stop asprin and no doze. Had really good results with both.
